Job summary

Addison Group in Dallas, TX is seeking an Enterprise Application Lead to own the strategy and performance of our enterprise applications. This senior role drives architecture, alignment with business goals, and effective management across the enterprise.

The position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to deliver value and maintain adaptable platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience with hosting or infrastructure platforms.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Ability to define roadmaps, project plans, and steps to implement new infrastructure within architecture.
• Capable of delivering results through influence in a highly matrixed organization.
• Maintain industry relationships to develop the best technological strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to team of employees and contractors supporting Enterprise applications.
• Extensive collaboration with an MSP to ensure delivery standards and technical remediation are performed in an accurate and timely manner.
• Owns relationship with internal stakeholders and external vendors, translating business needs to technical requirements and managing relationships to ensure the applications evolve with organizational needs. This includes ensuring that architecture can adapt to changing business requirements and technology advancements.
• Collaborate with senior business leaders to understand priorities and translate them into application roadmaps.

Education
