Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience administering, configuring and supporting enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product team and business stakeholders to support IT initiatives for enterprise-level applications.
• Assist in installation, configuration, monitoring and maintenance of applications.
• Serve as escalation point for unresolved issues, coordinating with business, IT and vendors to resolve.
