Job summary

ImagineX Digital in Columbus, OH seeks a Technical Systems Engineer / Manager to lead administration and optimization of enterprise SaaS apps (Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP Fieldglass). This full-time, onsite role partners with HR, Finance and Operations to ensure secure, scalable system solutions.

You’ll design integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, automate workflows, manage vendor relationships and SLAs, and provide on-site support with documented SOPs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise application management or IT operations.
• Hands-on experience configuring and integrating Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP Fieldglass or similar HRIS/ERP/VMS platforms.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, iPaaS, data mapping and workflow automation.
• Vendor management and SLA governance across third-party software.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with HR, Finance and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the administration, configuration, and day-to-day operations of key internal SaaS and vendor applications (Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP Fieldglass).
• Design, build, and maintain secure integrations and APIs connecting third-party platforms with internal databases and reporting tools.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to translate business needs into scalable system solutions; manage vendor relationships and SLAs.
• Serve as senior escalation point for tier-3 platform issues and provide onsite stakeholder alignment.
