Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or 8 years’ equivalent experience.
10+ years of experience administering applications.

Responsibilities

Serve as the senior technical authority for enterprise business applications; oversee configuration, administration, and optimization.
Architect, implement, and maintain enterprise application solutions aligned with security and governance.
Lead installation, integration, upgrade, maintenance, and lifecycle management of assigned applications.
Manage Incident, Problem, and Major Incident processes including RCA activities.
Oversee release management: planning, testing, deployment, and post-implementation validation.
Design and maintain monitoring, alerting, and performance management for reliability.
