Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Application Migration Program Manager in Charlotte, NC to lead enterprise-scale migration and modernization initiatives. You will coordinate across multiple teams, drive governance, and deliver executive-ready reporting to leadership.

The role requires strong migration leadership, advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills, and excellent stakeholder management across large organizations. On-site in Charlotte, with opportunities to shape strategic technology transformation.

Qualifications

Experience leading application migration and cloud modernization programs.
Ability to manage complex programs with multiple workstreams and dependencies.
Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, dashboards, and reporting; proficient in PowerPoint for leadership communication.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across large organizations.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale application migration and modernization programs across implementation, DevSecOps gates, observability gates, and production deployment.
Drive governance by tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies for NGDC and other initiatives with regular leadership updates.
Collaborate with cross-team stakeholders to gather status, drive accountability, and ensure timely execution.
Develop executive dashboards, advanced Excel reports, and PowerPoint presentations to inform decisions.
