Job summary
Experis is seeking an Application Migration Program Manager to join our delivery team in Charlotte, NC. You will lead large-scale migration and modernization programs, drive governance, track milestones, and provide executive-ready dashboards and reports for leadership.
You will collaborate with multiple teams across the enterprise, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure timely delivery through CI/CD, DevSecOps, and production readiness.
Qualifications
- Experience leading application migration and modernization programs.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, milestones and dependencies.
- Advanced Excel for data analysis, dashboards and reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client engagement skills.
- Experience across migration lifecycle phases: onboarding, CI/CD, DevSecOps, production deployment.
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale migration and modernization programs across multiple teams.
- Drive governance, track milestones, risks and dependencies, provide leadership updates.
- Develop executive dashboards and reports to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with CIO-level stakeholders to resolve escalations.
- Ensure timely delivery through governance and production readiness activities.
