Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Sr Application Support Analyst based in the United States. You will support and optimize complex enterprise applications critical to day-to-day operations, combining administration, technical analysis, incident response, and process improvement.

You will work across business teams, vendors, and end users to translate needs into effective solutions, owning enhancements, testing, migrations, and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of IT experience including requirements gathering and technical specification writing.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications and complex business environments.
• Experience with enterprise ITSM tools such as BMC or ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, manage, and provide ongoing support for complex enterprise applications.
• Act as liaison between business teams, technical groups, vendors, and stakeholders to analyze challenges.
• Gather requirements and communicate specifications to management and partners.
• Develop project plans and coordinate activities for applications or groups of apps.
• Analyze issues, propose solutions, and coordinate testing and approvals.
• Monitor application performance and support upgrades, migrations, and troubleshooting.
