Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 60 months of project leadership experience within the past eight years.
• 3 years of project/program management in a manufacturing environment.
• ERP/MRP experience required.
• Strong verbal, written and listening skills and ability to present information clearly.
• Professionalism when communicating with management, leadership and customers.
• Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Adaptable to changing work demands and able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage order status and overdue reporting.
• Communicate program status to customers.
• Support customer surveys and audits.
• Provide timely information, deliverables, and execution per program.
• Support strategic objectives from management.
• Ensure rate readiness (resources, capex, operations).
• Add/maintain customer forecast via ERP and master forecast file.
• Validate raw material supply and ordering.
• Assist in supplier evaluation.
• Perform Customer Purchase Order reviews for acceptance.
• Support onboarding/new products and evaluation strategies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
