Job summary

Aprimo is seeking a Technical Solution Architect to collaborate with Sales, leadership, and technical teams to define integration strategies and KPIs, driving value from Aprimo’s platform for enterprise customers. You will guide governance, patterns, and best practices while shaping project scope and SOWs.

You will lead technical projects, mentor teams, and ensure quality, scalable delivery across the enterprise.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 5–10 years of solutions design and delivery experience on customer projects, preferably B2B enterprise implementations.
Experience overseeing team members and driving projects end-to-end.
Ability to design tailored integration API-based solutions for complex enterprise requirements.
Proven project management skills with strong communication and stakeholder management.
Strong critical thinking, detail orientation, and willingness to learn new technologies.
Travel to client sites approx. 5% depending on engagements.

Responsibilities

Design transformational technical solutions using integration methodologies with customers.
Partner with Sales, Delivery Managers, and clients to architect technology solutions.
Help clients meet goals through KPI measurement and best practices, acting as trusted advisor.
Lead and mentor the development team on projects.
Enforce sound development practices and ensure quality delivery of enterprise solutions.
Contribute to internal strategic initiatives and expand knowledge base.
