Job summary

Brooksource is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Enterprise AI to define the vision, roadmap, and business outcomes for AI-powered products across the enterprise. You will own the product lifecycle from discovery through deployment, partnering with engineering, data science, UX, compliance, and operations to deliver impactful AI solutions.

The role requires deep knowledge of Generative AI, conversational AI, and AI governance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in product management or related roles.
• Experience leading AI, ML, or Generative AI initiatives end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of AI governance, risk, and regulatory considerations.
• Experience with agile delivery and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate customer needs into measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise AI products.
• Own product backlog and deliverables across discovery to deployment.
• Partner with engineering, data science, UX, compliance, and operations.
• Define acceptance criteria and measure outcomes.
• Communicate progress to executives and stakeholders.
