Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience including leading platform/internal-tools products at enterprise scale.
• Hands-on fluency with generative AI tools and understanding of LLMs, agents, and connectors.
• Experience evaluating, selecting, or rolling out AI/automation platforms at enterprise scale.
• Experience partnering across engineering, data, and business stakeholders to drive adoption of new technology.
• Strong prioritization judgment across competing stakeholders; ability to say no when needed.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure where none exists.
• Technically credible while focused on business outcomes and value realization.
• Proven ability to influence across organizational boundaries without direct authority.
• Experience partnering with security, legal, and compliance teams on governance.
• Clear communication with executives, business leaders, and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Be the product leader for the AI employee experience; own roadmap, adoption strategy, and value delivery.
• Own the enterprise AI roadmap and tool portfolio; decide investments, sequencing, and retirements.
• Run tool and platform evaluations; define criteria, weigh value and cost, and make recommendations.
• Prioritize the use case portfolio; rank AI use cases and decide what moves forward.
• Set governance standards with Security, GRC, and Legal; day-to-day process ownership.
• Own the shared AI asset library; promote reuse across teams.
• Act as product owner for enterprise agents and Claude; define requirements and priorities.
• Define success and measure value; collaborate with Analytics and Finance on reporting.
• Present recommendations to Enterprise AI SteerCo and align with company priorities.
