Job summary

Juul Labs is seeking an experienced engineer to own and operate our AI platforms stack. You will manage LLM tenants, provisioning, and security, while optimizing cost and adoption across 250+ users. The role requires hands-on development in Python/TypeScript and collaboration with executives.

Responsibilities include platform availability, governance, IAM, and integration with internal tools and APIs. A strong background in cloud, security, and scalable SaaS is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software, cloud, or platform engineering with hands-on LLM-based systems.
• Experience administering an enterprise SaaS or AI tenant at scale: access management, cost control, adoption.
• Knowledge of both commercial and open-weight LLMs, including prompt engineering and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Own platforms end-to-end; build and run LLM platforms used across the company.
• Administer enterprise tenants: provisioning, groups, roles, and security settings.
• Cost tracking, usage reporting, and chargeback support across platforms.
