Job summary

Humana is seeking a Senior Technology Implementation Professional to deliver new AI solutions aligned to enterprise objectives. You will lead complex AI initiatives, design scalable, secure software powered by AI models, and coordinate with partners, security teams and vendors.

Responsibilities include building resilient microservices and workflows, supervising design, testing and transition to production support, and guiding strategy in AI program execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field required.
• 3-5+ years leading enterprise AI/GenAI initiatives with design, implementation and production support.
• Experience designing and deploying Generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, vectors and prompts.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI, healthcare compliance and value realization.
• AI product delivery leadership and cross-functional team leadership.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI and Microsoft AI ecosystem; Azure or Google Cloud deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI/GenAI initiatives from design to production support.
• Architect AI solutions including LLM orchestration, vector DBs and prompts.
• Ensure privacy, security and regulatory compliance across AI deployments.
• Influence partners, work with offshore teams and vendors to deliver scalable AI capabilities.
