Job summary

Humana is seeking a Senior Technology Implementation Professional to lead AI/GenAI initiatives, architect AI solutions, and guide across-enterprise AI delivery. Will design workflows, LLM orchestrations, and scalable secure microservices for AI-driven applications in a healthcare context.

The role requires 3-5+ years in enterprise AI leadership, experience with Azure OpenAI or Google Cloud, and strong governance, privacy, and regulatory compliance practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3-5+ years leading enterprise AI/GenAI initiatives, including design, implementation, and production support of AI powered applications.
• Experience designing and deploying Generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration frameworks.

• Lead cross-functional teams consisting of business partners, architects, engineers, product owners, security teams, and vendors to deliver enterprise AI capabilities

Responsibilities

• Design workflows, interfaces and LLM orchestrations.
• Design resilient microservices, AP layers and backend pipelines to handle non-deterministic AI outputs and dynamic token streaming.
• Ensure data privacy and AI frameworks.
• Influence business partners on solutions, work with offshore and vendors to implement the best solution for the business needs.
• Begin to influence department's strategy and make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components.
