Job summary

This role leads cross-functional teams, designs workflows and LLM orchestrations, and ensures data privacy and regulatory compliance while partnering with vendors to implement robust AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field is required.
• 3-5+ years leading enterprise AI/GenAI initiatives, including design, implementation, and production support of AI-powered applications.
• Experience designing and deploying Generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams consisting of business partners, architects, engineers, product owners, security teams, and vendors to deliver enterprise AI capabilities.
• Design workflows, interfaces and LLM orchestrations.
• Design resilient microservices, API layers and backend pipelines to handle non-deterministic AI outputs and dynamic token streaming.
• Ensure data privacy and AI frameworks.
• Influence business partners and work with offshore vendors to implement the best solution.
