Humana seeks a Senior Technology Implementation Professional to deliver AI-driven solutions across enterprise scope. The role focuses on scalable, secure AI applications, data privacy and governance, and leading cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

The candidate will design workflows, LLMS orchestrations, and back-end pipelines, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations while partnering with vendors and offshore teams to implement the best solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3-5+ years leading enterprise AI/GenAI initiatives with design, implementation, and production support.
• Experience designing and deploying Generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design workflows, interfaces and LLMS orchestrations for scalable AI solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams including partners, architects, engineers and vendors to deliver enterprise AI capabilities.
• Build secure, scalable, user-facing software powered by AI models and ensure regulatory compliance.
