Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field.
• 3-5+ years leading enterprise AI/GenAI initiatives, including design, implementation, and production support of AI powered applications.
• Experience designing and deploying Generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration frameworks.

• Lead cross-functional teams consisting of business partners, architects, engineers, product owners, security teams, and vendors to deliver enterprise AI capabilities

Responsibilities

• Gathers and documents business system and functional requirements for AI solutions.
• Influences system design to optimize support and ensures AI solutions meet business objectives.
• Builds scalable, secure and user-facing software applications powered by AI models.
• Coordinates implementation, testing, operational readiness, and transition to production support.
• Begins to influence department's strategy and decisions on technical approaches for project components.
