Job summary
Capital Group seeks a Digital Workplace Engineer IV focused on Enterprise AI to lead design, implementation, and governance of AI solutions connecting Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Power Platform, and internal data. You will partner with product and security teams, mentor engineers, and drive reusable patterns, secure data access, and scalable integration across the firm's systems.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise technology solutions.
- Experience integrating enterprise platforms with internal and third-party applications.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise AI integration architectures connecting Copilot and AI platforms to internal and external apps.
- Build custom agents and orchestrations using Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Power Platform, and APIs.
- Develop reusable patterns for AI connectivity, retrieval, workflow automation, and agent interoperability.
- Enable secure access to enterprise data while maintaining security, privacy, compliance and governance.
- Lead engineering discussions, mentor engineers, and drive operational excellence for AI solutions.
- Monitor, evaluate, and improve AI implementations with governance and CI/CD practices.
