Job summary
Connection is seeking an Associate AI Solutions Engineer to design, build, test, and deploy practical enterprise AI applications, copilots, and agents. You will work with senior engineers to translate business and technical requirements into secure, scalable AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft Foundry, Copilot Studio, Fabric, 365 Copilot, Power Platform, Azure services, and GitHub Copilot tools.

Qualifications
- Early-career AI-focused engineer with software/cloud/data automation experience.
- Experience turning business requirements into AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft platforms.
- Knowledge of secure, scalable code development and CI/CD practices.
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy enterprise AI applications, copilots, and agents under guidance.
- Develop components using Microsoft Foundry, Copilot Studio, Fabric, 365 Copilot, Power Platform, Azure, and GitHub Copilot.
- Create integrations, tools, APIs, and workflows with secure interfaces and well‑defined outputs.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and data‑protection controls; ensure production readiness.
