Job summary

Seekr is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own major areas of our AI platform, designing for AI/ML engineers, data scientists, domain experts, and enterprise stakeholders. You’ll work within a small, focused design team in a fast-moving product org, partnering with Product and Engineering on foundational surfaces with room to grow into specialized AI domains.

Seekr requires 6–10+ years in SaaS/enterprise design, strong Figma skills, and hands-on discovery.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10+ years of product design experience on complex SaaS or enterprise products.
• Systems-level design skills for complex workflows and scalable interaction patterns.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and evolving design systems.
• Fluent use of AI-assisted design and prototyping tools in workflow.
• Strong product judgment and ability to work autonomously in fast-moving environments.
• Experience leading discovery research and usability validation.
• Proven collaboration with Engineering through implementation with detailed specs.
• Portfolio showing end-to-end ownership of major product areas.

Responsibilities

• Own discovery, design, delivery, and iteration across major product areas.
• Define information architecture and reusable UX frameworks for enterprise AI workflows.
• Lead discovery with technical and non-technical users and synthesize findings into strategy.
• Use AI to accelerate ideation and prototyping while ensuring strong design judgment.
• Contribute to and extend Seekr design system for new capabilities.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to shape roadmaps and provide detailed specs.
