Qualifications

• Strong background in statistical programming (R, Python, SAS) and SQL.
• Familiarity with linear/logistic regression, GLMs, CART, RFs, GBMs, PCA, clustering, shrinkage (lasso).
• Experience with data wrangling and data quality evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership across the AI lifecycle from model development to deployment.
• Develop predictive analytics and modeling presentations for internal/external customers.
• Communicate assumptions, results, and alternatives to teams and regulators when needed.
• Identify data issues and apply advanced analytics to improve outcomes such as profitability and retention.
