Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–7 years in AI/ML or data science; pharma/regulated industry experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills for executive audiences and cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML architectures, data pipelines, and deployment patterns.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve Jazz’s Enterprise AI architecture strategy with senior leadership.
• Establish governance, guardrails, and reference architectures for AI/ML initiatives.
• Drive responsible AI practices including explainability and data privacy.
• Provide architectural oversight for data ingestion, model deployment, and MLOps.
• Evaluate AI/ML and Generative AI solutions, ensuring security and compliance.
• Engage with vendors; perform technical due diligence on architecture viability.
• Communicate complex decisions clearly to business and technical stakeholders.
• Influence governance forums to align AI efforts with business goals.
