Qualifications

• Strong ability to communicate complex AI concepts to business leaders.
• Familiarity with AI governance and risk frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML system architecture, data pipelines, cloud infrastructure.
• Proficiency with MLOps concepts, tools, and best practices.
• Understanding of core ML algorithms and deployment considerations.
• Proficiency in Python or R and ML frameworks.
• Knowledge of Generative AI concepts (LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning).
• Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with AI governance and risk frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define and advance Jazz’s enterprise AI/ML architecture strategy with senior leadership.
• Establish AI architectural standards for scalability and security.
• Develop governance guardrails for responsible AI use and regulatory compliance.
• Drive responsible AI practices like explainability and data privacy.
• Provide architectural oversight for AI/ML solution design and integration.
• Lead end-to-end AI/ML solution design reviews from data ingestion to deployment.
• Act as SME and trusted advisor on AI/ML architecture.
• Evaluate AI/ML and Generative AI solutions ensuring alignment with standards and goals.
• Influence cross-functional governance forums to align AI efforts with business objectives.
