Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an Architect, Enterprise AI to design and govern the organization’s AI architecture. You will collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Platform Engineering, Data Engineering, and Product teams to define scalable AI reference architectures and governance frameworks for responsible AI across the enterprise.

You will lead strategy for AI platforms, model orchestration, and secure integration with cloud services, ensuring alignment with security and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional and AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty preferred.
• Responsible AI / AI Governance certification preferred.
• Industry-recognized AI/ML certification preferred.
• 10+ years of software development or architecture experience with 5+ years in AI/ML.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise AI architecture strategy and reference architectures for scalable AI adoption.
• Establish enterprise AI architecture patterns including generative AI, agentic workflows, RAG, and service integration.
• Develop AI governance frameworks and guardrails for responsible, secure AI use.
• Define AI platform strategy evaluating platforms, LLM providers, and orchestration frameworks.
• Establish AI integration patterns connecting AI with enterprise platforms, APIs, data platforms, and cloud services.
• Define Agentic AI architectural patterns including workflow orchestration and human‑in‑the‑loop capabilities.
• Ensure Responsible AI and regulatory compliance across data privacy, auditability, and model transparency.
• Define LLMOps/ML Ops standards for lifecycle, monitoring, deployment, and controls.
• Establish AI security and cost management practices for secure access and optimized consumption.
• Other duties as assigned.
