Job summary

Navitus is seeking an Architect, Enterprise AI to design and govern the enterprise AI architecture strategy across the organization. You will partner with Enterprise Architecture, Platform Engineering, Data Engineering, and Product teams to define scalable AI architectures and governance frameworks for responsible AI use.

The role focuses on AI platforms, generative AI, and agentic workflows, ensuring alignment with security, regulatory standards, and enterprise principles while enabling

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software development or architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML.
• Experience defining enterprise AI architecture patterns including model integration and orchestration.
• Experience establishing AI governance, responsible AI practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience defining AI platform strategies for enterprise AI platforms and LLMs.
• Proven ability to design AI integration patterns with enterprise platforms, APIs, and data services.
• Experience implementing AI operations (MLOps/LLMOps) with deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Strong collaboration with EA, Platform, Data, and Product teams to enable enterprise AI adoption.
• Experience interviewing end-users to gather functionality and usability insights.
• Knowledge of PBM systems, claims adjudication processes, and data exchange patterns is preferred.
• Advanced development skills in C#, React, and Python are required.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise AI architecture strategy across the organization.
• Establish AI architecture patterns for generative AI, agentic workflows, and RAG.
• Develop AI governance frameworks and guardrails for secure and compliant AI use.
• Define AI platform strategy and evaluate providers and tooling.
• Establish AI integration patterns with enterprise platforms, APIs, and data services.
• Define Agentic AI architectural patterns and human-in-the-loop capabilities.
• Ensure Responsible AI and regulatory compliance across projects.
• Define LLM/Ops and MLOps standards and deployment pipelines.
• Address AI security, privacy, and cost management considerations.
• Collaborate with EA, engineering, data, and product teams for enterprise AI adoption.
