Job summary

Navitus seeks an Architect, Enterprise AI to design, govern, and advance the enterprise AI architecture strategy across the organization. You will partner with EA, Platform Engineering, Data Engineering, and Product teams to define scalable AI patterns, reference architectures, and governance ensuring responsible and secure use of AI technologies.

You will lead patterns for generative and agentic AI, establish guardrails, and drive AI platform strategy, model orchestration, and enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of experience in software development or architecture, including a minimum of 5 years focused on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies.
• Demonstrated experience defining enterprise AI architecture patterns, including model integration, orchestration frameworks, and AI-enabled application design.
• Experience implementing AI governance frameworks, regulatory compliance, and enterprise guardrails.
• Advanced development skills in C#, React, and Python.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise AI architecture strategy and reference architectures across the organization.
• Establish AI architecture patterns for generative AI, agentic workflows, RAG, and service integration.
• Develop AI governance frameworks and guardrails for responsible, secure AI use.
• Define AI platform strategy and evaluate providers, orchestration frameworks, and tooling.
• Establish AI integration patterns with enterprise platforms, APIs, and data/cloud services.
• Promote Agentic AI architectural patterns including workflow orchestration and memory management.
• Ensure Responsible AI and regulatory compliance across projects.
• Define LLM/MLOps standards for operations, deployment, monitoring, and governance.
• Address AI security, privacy, and cost management considerations.
• Collaborate with EA, engineering, data, and product teams for enterprise AI adoption.
