Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an Architect, Enterprise AI to design and govern the enterprise AI architecture strategy across AI platforms, generative AI, and agentic workflows. You will partner with Enterprise Architecture, Platform Engineering, Data Eng, and Product teams to define scalable reference architectures and governance frameworks.

The role focuses on responsible AI, regulatory compliance, model lifecycle, and secure integration with cloud services, APIs, and data platforms,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software development or architecture with ≥5 years in AI/ML.
• Experience defining enterprise AI architecture patterns and AI-enabled application design.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise AI architecture strategy and reference architectures across generative and agentic AI.
• Establish patterns for design standards including RAG, model orchestration, and AI service integration.
• Develop AI governance frameworks, guardrails, and regulatory-compliant practices.
• Define AI platform strategy, evaluating providers, LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and tooling.
• Establish AI integration patterns linking AI capabilities with enterprise platforms, APIs, and cloud services.
• Define agentic AI architectural patterns for workflow orchestration, memory management, and human-in-the-loop.
• Ensure Responsible AI, privacy, auditability, and cost-management considerations are embedded.
