Job summary

Navitus is seeking an Architect, Enterprise AI to design and govern an enterprise AI strategy across the organization. You will define scalable AI architecture patterns and reference architectures, ensure compliance and security, and partner with EA, Platform Engineering, Data Engineering, and Product teams to enable responsible AI adoption.

You will lead the definition of AI platform strategies, integration patterns, and governance guardrails, while advancing GenAI and agentic workflows aligned

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development or architecture experience
• Minimum 5 years focused on AI/ML technologies
• Experience defining enterprise AI architecture patterns
• Experience establishing AI governance frameworks and regulatory compliance
• Experience defining AI platform strategies and integration patterns
• Experience with AI operations (MLOps/LLMOps) and model deployment
• Strong collaboration with EA, engineering, data, and product teams
• Interviews with end-users to gather insights
• Advanced development in multiple languages incl. C#, React, Python

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise AI architecture strategy and reference architectures
• Establish AI architecture patterns for generative AI, agentic workflows, and RAG
• Develop AI governance frameworks and guardrails for secure, compliant AI use
• Define AI platform strategy and assess LLM providers and tooling
• Create AI integration patterns with enterprise APIs, data platforms, and cloud services
• Promote Agentic AI architectural patterns for tool integration and memory management
• Ensure Responsible AI and regulatory compliance throughout the AI lifecycle
• Oversee AI operations practices (MLOps/LLMOps) and monitoring
• Collaborate with enterprise teams to enable AI adoption and guide solutions
