Job summary

Karsun Solutions is actively seeking a Senior Enterprise AI Architect to drive secure AI architectures for VA modernization. You will design and oversee AI patterns across cloud and on-prem platforms, ensuring scalability, governance, and compliance with HIPAA and privacy requirements.

You will lead AI integration efforts across multiple initiatives, mentor teams, and guide stakeholders on architecture choices.

Qualifications

Graduate degree not required if equivalent experience is demonstrated.
Proven ability to design secure enterprise AI architectures across cloud/on-premise environments.
Proven ability to lead enterprise AI integration across multiple initiatives.
Must be able to obtain VA Public Trust background investigation.

Responsibilities

Assess, design, and oversee secure enterprise AI architectures across cloud and on-premise platforms.
Apply AI/ML patterns to improve scalability, reusability, security and governance.
Define integration of AI with DTC platforms (Salesforce, Power Platform, Dynamics, Pega, Box, Appian).
Lead AI integration efforts and secure architectural approval gates.
Establish AI governance, including model selection, supervision, and PHI/PII protection under HIPAA/VA rules.
Guide AI Engineer and delivery teams to ensure compliant delivery across initiatives.
Educate VA stakeholders on architecture options, tradeoffs, and adoption.
