Job summary

You will lead AI-driven delivery initiatives, coordinate across teams, and ensure security clearances and governance are met while delivering scalable, cloud-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/AI/Data Science/IS/OR or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience; 10 years may substitute for the degree.
• Experience designing, implementing AI capabilities in enterprise environments.
• Ability to obtain and maintain VA Public Trust.
• Available on contract award and willing to sign a commitment.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain AI capabilities aligned with business objectives.
• Integrate AI across DTC platforms (Salesforce/MuleSoft, Power Platform/Dynamics, Pega, Box, Appian).
• Apply AI-enabled code generation, automated testing, and code quality analysis within agile teams, with human oversight.
• Lead enterprise AI integrations, validate performance, provide technical guidance.
• Educate teams on best practices for secure AI implementation, including PHI/PII protections.
• Support security and ATO documentation so AI components clear approval gates.
