Job summary
Jade Global in San Jose, CA is seeking an experienced Enterprise AI Architect to assess RTB operations and design AI-first, predictive, and autonomous managed services solutions. The role will work closely with US-based business and IT stakeholders and coordinate with offshore AI teams.
You will identify high-value AI opportunities across L2C, S2P, Finance, and RTB operations, design AI agents, multi-agent workflows, RAG solutions, and self-healing automation.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of Enterprise Architecture with 3+ years AI/ML or Intelligent Automation.
- Hands-on with Agentic AI / LangChain or similar frameworks.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, Zuora, or RevPro platforms.
Responsibilities
- Identify high-value AI opportunities across L2C, S2P, Finance, and RTB ops.
- Analyze incidents, SOPs to identify automation opportunities.
- Design AI agents, multi-agent workflows, RAG, and self-healing automation.
- Architect AI solutions across Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, Zuora, MuleSoft/OIC, AWS.
- Establish AI governance, security guardrails, and SOX compliance.
- Lead onsite AI workshops, POCs, and executive briefings.
- Define AI performance metrics, ROI, and cost optimization.
