Job summary

Synechron seeks an experienced AI Architect to design, develop, and oversee scalable AI/ML solutions in an enterprise setting. You will guide engineering teams, define AI strategies, and ensure secure, ethical, and compliant AI systems aligned with business goals.

The role focuses on building end-to-end AI architectures, integrating Bedrock and Azure OpenAI, and delivering robust data pipelines, RAG frameworks, and document ingestion workloads for financial services clients.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing, developing, and deploying production-grade AI/ML or LLM-based systems in enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated hands-on expertise with Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, and/or direct LLM API integration.
• Strong experience with RAG architectures, prompt engineering workflows, and LLM service orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-grade AI solutions using LLMs.
• Design and deploy LLM-based applications on Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, and API integrations.
• Build scalable orchestration layers for prompt routing, completion handling, and service resiliency.
• Develop RAG frameworks for enterprise search, reasoning, and decision-support use cases.
• Create AI-powered document ingestion, parsing, extraction, and analysis pipelines.
• Transform large volumes of unstructured documents into structured data for AI reasoning.
• Design and optimize data pipelines and ETL for content ingestion and retrieval.
• Develop backend services with Python, Node.js, Java; build RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Implement data solutions using MongoDB, Azure Data Services, and Azure AI Search.
