Job summary
Dandy is building the operating system for dental offices, empowering clinicians with technology and world-class support. This founding Large Enterprise AE role focuses on multi-region DSOs in the United States, driving master agreements, pilots, and large rollouts with a strategic, executive-level sales approach.
You will work with a dedicated Inside AE and BDR, track activity in Salesforce, and help shape the enterprise sales process as the company scales.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience in a high-growth startup environment (SaaS preferred).
- Deep experience closing deals (enterprise, including to C‑Suite).
- Willingness to learn via rigorous trainings and adapt quickly.
- Strong Salesforce or related CRM proficiency and organizational skills.
- Proven track record of professional success and quota attainment.
Responsibilities
- Qualify client leads through discovery calls.
- Identify and break into large multi-region DSOs.
- Call prospective dentists' offices within DSO portfolios to drive new business.
- Partner with Inside AE to win Large Enterprise accounts.
- Meticulously track sales activity in Salesforce and exceed goals.
- Help define enterprise sales processes with senior leadership.
- Stay informed on the dental industry and refine Dandy value proposition.
- Collaborate with senior sales leadership to hit KPIs and revenue targets.
