Job summary

Dandy seeks an Enterprise Account Manager to oversee and grow relationships with our largest, most strategic customers—multi-location dental groups, DSOs, and key enterprise accounts.

You will be the primary partner to executive and clinical leaders, driving value through consultative engagement, data-driven insights, and expansion strategies. Expect collaboration with Sales, Operations, Product, and Support to ensure measurable results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Account Management, Customer Success, or Strategic Sales in healthcare tech or dental.
• Proven track record growing large, multi-location accounts.
• Strong commercial acumen with upsells, renewals, and cross-sells in enterprise settings.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of Dandy’s largest, most complex customers (multi-location groups).
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive retention and expansion.
• Use data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks across your book of business.
• Lead executive-level relationships and deliver strategic business reviews and ROI-focused roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, and Support to ensure seamless onboarding and scaling.
