As Director of Product for Enterprise, you will own all products for the DSO space, define, build, and scale, partnering with hardware and AI elements as we grow. You will thrive in fast cycles, leading with data to shape strategy and team while delivering value to large multi-location customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience
• Proven track record launching complex products
• Experience with enterprise software procurement and multi-stakeholder personas

Responsibilities

• Own the Enterprise Customer Base: Define and execute the end-to-end strategy for Dandy’s highest-growth sector.
• Navigate multi-tiered governance: Design solutions that solve for executive, procurement, office manager, and daily user needs.
• Optimize the Practice Portfolio: Overlay a platform system across 50+ practice types to drive profitability, reporting, and automation.
• Thrive in High-Velocity Cycles: Move fast in a dynamic planning environment with ambiguity.
• Champion a Data-Driven POV: Use data to optimize cost structures, revenue metrics, and workflows across enterprise practices.
