Qualifications
- Demonstrated enterprise sales success closing 8-figure deals.
- Deep understanding of retail/ecommerce business models.
- Established network within retail/ecommerce brands.
- Experience managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Visible external presence on LinkedIn and industry events.
Responsibilities
- Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close and handover.
- Build and manage a pipeline with warm introductions.
- Lead discovery, solution design, and negotiation with senior stakeholders.
- Develop account-based strategies with relationship maps and next-step plans.
- Collaborate across Sales, Delivery, Marketing, Product and Customer Success.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM visibility.
- Represent ESW through networking and thought leadership.
