Jobgether SRL seeks a Senior Account Executive – Airline or Airline Catering for a fully remote role in Europe with regular travel to customers and industry events. You will own the enterprise sales cycle, build executive relationships, and shape commercial strategies to win large airline opportunities.

The role emphasizes strategic account planning, cross‑functional collaboration, and mentoring, with a direct impact on sustainability through aviation technology.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of enterprise B2B sales experience in airlines or aviation.
• Proven success selling enterprise software/SaaS to large organizations.
• Ability to independently generate qualified pipeline through strategic prospecting and relationships.
• Experience leading and closing major enterprise opportunities, incl. multi‑million CHF deals.
• Understanding of airline purchasing processes and procurement requirements.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature.
• Develop account-based sales strategies targeting airlines and aviation organizations.
• Build relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders.
• Create strategic account plans and map stakeholder networks.
• Generate opportunities through networking, partnerships, and industry events.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration to align product and commercial strategies.
• Mentor junior sales colleagues and contribute to sales best practices.
• Ensure smooth transition from sales to implementation and customer success.
