University of Vermont Health is seeking a Lead Enrollment Specialist to act as the senior technical and operational expert within Enrollment Services. You will handle complex provider enrollment with commercial and government payors to enable billing and reimbursement, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across the system.

This role owns and coordinates non-professional/facility and provider enrollment activities, manages escalated issues, mentors staff, and partners with Revenue Cycle,

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CPES or similar certification preferred.
• Minimum 4–5 years of provider enrollment experience.
• Experience leading and training enrollment staff.

Aufgaben

• Own, coordinate, and execute non-professional/facility and provider enrollment activities across the system.
• Manage advanced and escalated provider enrollment issues to ensure timely processing.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor for the Enrollment Services team.
• Partner with System Manager of Enrollment Services to implement standardized workflows.
• Monitor performance trends and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Act as liaison between enrollment operations, revenue cycle, contracting, and stakeholders.
