Qualifications

10+ years of executive recruiting experience at corporate or search firms.
5+ years of executive-level technical recruiting experience.
5+ years advising and influencing executive leadership.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary talent advisor to Directors and VPs, educating leaders on market dynamics.
Define and deliver recruiting strategies for critical, confidential roles with cross-organizational impact.
Identify and engage passive senior engineering candidates through creative sourcing.
Build robust talent networks across technology sectors and leverage industry knowledge.
