Job summary

Yourgi is hiring a Senior Manager of Engineering Services to build and lead DevOps, SRE, and release engineering for a remote US-based team. You will own CI/CD, incident management, IaC, data pipelines, security operations, and data governance, working closely with product teams to minimize toil and ensure reliability.

You will establish on-call rotations, define SLOs, implement automated deployment and rollback, monitor cloud costs, and drive a strong security posture across services.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in DevOps/SRE/platform engineering, including 2+ years in leadership.
• Deep AWS experience, especially serverless services and IAM.
• Proven CI/CD design with automated rollback and production readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own CI/CD for API, web, and mobile with unattended deploys and canary releases.
• Lead incident response, on-call rotation, and blameless postmortems.
• Define and enforce infrastructure as code and security practices.
• Oversee data pipelines, governance, and cost reporting.
• Hire and develop DevOps/SRE engineers across nearshore teams.
