Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Engineering Mgmt, or related field.
• 10+ years with 2+ years leading teams or projects.
• Advanced degree and related certification preferred.
• Willing to travel domestically up to 10% and internationally up to 5%.
• Knowledge of program management principles and policies.
• Ability to use program management software.
• Ability to implement changes in critical areas.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret complex policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage engineering service activities.
