Qualifications

• Ten (10) or more years of related experience including two+ years managing teams or projects.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 10% and internationally up to 5%.
• Strong program management, regulatory knowledge, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering services activities including hardware/software configuration management and data management.
• Coordinate implementation efforts across the division and align with policies.
• Analyze data and propose changes in methods and policies within the division.
• Ensure compliance with company policy, legal requirements, and government regulations.
• Establish reporting systems, budgets, schedules, and status reports.
• Lead cross-functional teams and mentor staff across multiple sites.
