Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering Management or related field.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience including 2+ years managing teams or projects.
• Advanced degree and related certification preferred.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 10% and internationally up to 5%.
• Knowledge of program administration regulations and policies.
• Ability to use program management software to plan and report status.
• Ability to lead and implement programmatic changes in high-impact areas.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and provide solutions.
• Ability to read and interpret complex policies.
• Strong communication with team, leadership, customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage engineering service activities and perform complex analyses.
• Coordinate implementation efforts across the division to meet business needs.
• Analyze data and policies to recommend changes to division procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and regulations.
• Establish goals, secure resources, and manage project schedules and budgets.
• Prepare status reports and monitor project progress.
• Represent the company in audits and program reviews; maintain external relationships.
• Provide training and mentorship to less experienced staff.
