Job summary

Stellar Energy Americas seeks an Engineering Project Controller to develop, maintain, and analyze engineering project schedules, resource plans, and performance data across multiple modular fabrication projects. This role links Engineering, Project Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Operations to drive on-time delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
3–5 years in engineering project controls, scheduling, or PM.
Experience with dashboards and KPI reporting.
Experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Responsibilities

Develops and maintains integrated engineering schedules for multiple projects.
Tracks milestones and design reviews, IFC releases, and fabrication support.
Coordinates across design, engineering, procurement, and manufacturing.
Maintains alignment between engineering and overall project schedules.
Identifies risks, performs variance analysis, and supports recovery planning.
Develops look-ahead schedules and reports for priorities and constraints.
Creates resource forecasts by project and discipline.
Tracks workload vs capacity and flags staffing gaps.
Develops dashboards and reports for KPIs and project health.
Facilitates schedule reviews with leadership and communicates risks.

Power BI / Power Query / SQL / Python

ERP/PLM familiarity

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Data Analytics, Business or related field

Master's degree in engineering, business, analytics, project management or related field

PMI-SP / PMP / AACE certification (preferred)
