Job summary

FuelCell Energy is seeking a Project Planner/Scheduler to develop and manage integrated project schedules from initiation to completion. You will work with engineering, procurement, production, and operations to translate scope into milestones and deadlines, monitor progress, and recommend corrective actions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of scheduling experience, with proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 5–7 years in project planning, scheduling, or related roles.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Strong CPM knowledge, schedule logic, and risk assessment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, establish, and maintain detailed project schedules that reflect scope, activities, milestones, dependencies, constraints, resources, and deadlines.
• Collaborate with project management, engineering, procurement, production, operations, and finance stakeholders.
• Monitor progress against baselines and forecast performance.
• Prepare schedule reports, look-ahead plans, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Analyze critical paths and risks; develop recovery plans to mitigate delays.
• Support schedule review meetings and escalate significant concerns.
