Job summary

Stellar Energy is seeking an Engineering Project Controller in Jacksonville, FL to manage multi-project engineering schedules, resource plans, and performance data. You will transform requirements into actionable schedules and dashboards, coordinating with Engineering, PM, Procurement, and Manufacturing to enable on-time delivery.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s (or Master’s) in a related field and 3–5 years in engineering project controls, with advanced Excel, Primavera P6 or MS Project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 3-5 years in engineering project controls, scheduling, project management, or data analytics.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling principles, dependencies, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data modeling).
• Experience with dashboards and management-level reporting.
• Experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains integrated engineering schedules for multiple projects through IFC.
• Tracks milestones, design reviews, IFC releases, and procurement deliverables.
• Maintains alignment of engineering, procurement, and manufacturing schedules.
• Creates dashboards and reports for visibility into schedule performance and capacity.
• Performs variance analysis and supports recovery planning.
• Collaborates across Engineering, PM, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Operations.
• Participates in continuous improvement and audits.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Data Analytics, or related field

Master’s degree in engineering, business, analytics, project management, or related field
