Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle leadership searches for senior engineering leaders.
• Define role scope, leadership expectations, and technical requirements with hiring leaders.
• Develop talent maps and targeted search strategies using direct sourcing and market research.
• Engage passive leadership candidates with thoughtful outreach and conversations about impact.
• Assess leadership capabilities, including building teams and guiding changes.
• Advise stakeholders using market intelligence and search evidence.
• Own closing strategies with compensation teams to navigate offers and decisions.
• Maintain a rigorous operating rhythm, surface risks early, and deliver a strong candidate experience.
• Share insights to improve assessment approaches and help teammates navigate tough searches.
