Job summary

K&A Power Group seeks a Senior Candidate Relationship Specialist – Engineering to drive full-cycle recruitment for engineering and technical roles. You will partner with engineering leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, technical skill requirements, and workforce plans for the Execution Utility Team.

You will build and maintain engineering talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping, referrals, and networking, manage requisitions in the ATS, ensure data accuracy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in engineering domains.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers.
• Strong sourcing and market intelligence to build pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for engineering and technical roles.
