Job summary

Ode with Anthropic is seeking an experienced engineering recruiter to join our talent team in San Francisco or New York. You will own searches from strategy through close, partnering with engineering leaders and hiring managers to hire exceptional software engineers across senior levels.

You will raise the recruiting bar, mentor teammates, and help build systems that move faster without compromising quality. 4 days in-person, Fridays remote.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of engineering recruiting experience in high-growth environments.
• Ability to assess talent quickly and make evidence-based decisions.
• Comfort engaging with both candidates and engineering leaders.
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority.
• Passion for building scalable recruiting systems with AI and data.

Responsibilities

• Own critical engineering searches from strategy through close.
• Partner with engineering leaders and hiring managers on strategy.
• Raise the recruiting bar by sharing best practices and mentoring teammates.
• Build recruiting systems and processes that scale efficiently.
• Contribute to interviewer enablement and recruiting operations.
