Job summary

Clark-Reliance seeks a Projects/Contract Specialist to prepare, manage, and execute project contracts, ensuring conformity to requirements. You will handle technical documentation, support quote through shipment, and interact with multiple departments to deliver aligned solutions.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with contract administration experience and ability to handle non-routine tasks independently, all within ISO standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, and follow verbal instructions in Standard English.

Responsibilities

• Review customer requirements and develop detailed proposals with equipment needs.
• Determine price, delivery time and terms for described products.
• Manage project from quotation to final inspection and shipping.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve order processing flow.
• Provide technical consultation to customers, sales and other departments.
• Prepare documentation, proposals, or procedures as required.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company policies.
